Xeomin is a purer form of botulinum toxin. Xeomin® was FDA-approved in 2011. Other types of FDA approved botulinum toxin includes Botox, Dysport and Jeuveau. 

Xeomin® is among a class of medication called botuinum toxin. There are at least 5 different FDA approved neurotoxins available in the USA.

In research studies, Xeomin had a faster onset and a longer duration of wrinkle reduction than other botulinum toxin. Also, Xeomin’s safety profile is similar to that of other botulinum toxins.

Most patients will see the full effect in 3 – 7 days. The effects may last up to 3 months. 

You pay $99 per month or $1188 for one year. The total actual of one year membership is $1388. You pay $99 per month for 12 months, because Merz Xperience Reward give your $50 every 3 months to pay towards our membership maintenance program fee. Areas injected are frown lines, forehead and crow’s feet. Muscles injected are glabellar complex, frontalis and lateral orbicularis oculi. All other areas or muscles injected are additional cost. The additional area or unit cost is discounted as a part of the membership at [puretox_unit_40]/unit.

Xeomin is a medical procedure. There is a dose at which your body may experience adverse side effects. Your medical provider will customize your Xeomin dose to reach the optimal result based on your consultation.

Xeomin, is an muscle relaxer and can ONLY treat dynamic wrinkles or wrinkles caused by movement. Xeomin does NOT treat static wrinkles, or wrinkles of the face that occurs without movement. 

If you wish to achieve a natural look, then the dose will be titrated to give you subtle movement.

If you wish to achieve a frozen look, then the dose will likely be titrated higher. 

There is a limit to the amount of freezing and  “LIFT” that Xeomin will achieve. You cannot ask for more than what your provider recommends, because it may adversely affect your outcome or hazardous to your health. 

Patients with unrealistic expectations will be removed from the membership program. Any payment given to the membership program will NOT be refunded.

The effects of Xeomin lasts up to 3 to 4 months. Depending on the level of correctness, you may require additional touch ups. Your membership allows for one appointment per month, unless there is an emergency. Due to medical conditions, such as body dysmorphic disorder, we want to limit the number of appointments to remove any potential obsession triggered by this amazing offer. 

Your membership is non-transferable. 

Your membership can be cancelled anytime. An initial fee of $198 is required to commence the treatment program which pays for your first month and $99 initiation fee. This payment is NOT REFUNDABLE. There will be no refunds for any months paid in advance. We reserve the right to cancel your membership at anytime with or without cause.

When you membership is canceled, then any points that you accumulated cannot be redeemed for any services.

If you cancel your membership within the first 2 months, your Xeomin injection treatment is billed at standard pricing depending on the units injected. This will be billed to your credit card on file with the membership program. 

We have a tiered referral program, but for your first two months only, we’ll give you $100 worth of points for friends, family or customers that you refer to us. After the promotional offer, you’ll be put into the tiered system.

Tier 1: If we treat 1-2 new patients that you referred in one month, you will receive membership points equivalent to $25 off per new patient that is treated with us.

Tier 2: If we treat 3-4 new patients that you referred in one month, you will receive membership points equivalent to $50 off per new patient.

Tier 3: If we treat 5 or more new patients you referred in one month, you will receive the equivalent of $100 off per new patient.

The number of patients referred by you is counted during the month your referees are treated, and not when they scheduled an appointment.
